Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in facility management with demonstrated expertise in soft service operations.
• Ability to manage operational expenditures and develop budget variance reports.
• Strong communication and relationship management with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of safety compliance and emergency planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Work Orders in Corrigo and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide general facility management and after-hours support.
• Coordinate maintenance, events, and room reservations.
• Develop monthly and quarterly operating budget variance reporting.
• Monitor vendor performance and service delivery.
• Support safety audits, compliance, and emergency planning.
• Update Emergency Response plans and manage incident escalation.
