Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe, functional, clean, and well-maintained workplace.
• Manage building systems, including HVAC, utilities, equipment, landscaping, and general maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests, tenant improvements, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain accurate records of facility conditions, equipment, repairs, warranties, and service agreements.
• Ensure adequate inventory of facility supplies, equipment, and materials.
