Job summary

JLL is seeking an on-site Facilities Administrator in Berkeley/St. Louis to support daily operations and client services. You will manage maintenance, coordinate vendors, and provide project support while ensuring safe, efficient building performance.

You will maintain strong client relationships, prepare reports in Excel, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment at on-site locations in MO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Facilities or Property Administration.
• Technical knowledge of facility repairs, HVAC, and Fire Life Safety systems.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Superior customer service with client focus.
• Proficiency in Excel with ability to customize reports.
• U.S. Citizenship with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility operations and coordinate with property managers.
• Plan and oversee maintenance; manage vendors and logistics.
• Support project management teams on facility tasks.
• Coordinate events, meeting reservations, and conference rooms.
• Interface with clients, visitors, and guests with strong follow-up.
• Procure supplies and supervise vendor access through facilities.
• Create administrative reports using Excel to track performance.
