Tufts University in Medford/Somerville Campus is seeking a part-time Operations Control Center Associate to triage and process facilities work requests. You will interpret data from the Maximo system, read building automation dashboards, and dispatch trades while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Roles require 16 hours per week with on-site shifts; typical schedule spans early morning to evening hours, including weekends as needed.

Competenze

• Associate's Degree in facilities management, engineering or similar technical discipline.
• 3-5 years experience in facilities management or related field.
• Knowledge of MEP and instrumentation controls.
• Experience with Maximo.

Mansioni

• Receive, prioritize and process work requests in Maximo – Facilities Work Management system.
• Read/interpret building automation dashboards and create work orders in response to conditions.
• Act as communications center and dispatch for trades and professional staff.
• Clarify service needs with customers in verbal and written form.
• Secure approvals for charges associated with billable work.
• Manage access for outside contractors and maintain records.
• Classify incoming work according to work type, system, asset and data standards.
• Coordinate safety protocols and field resources per university policy.
