Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's preferred in facilities or related field.
• 7+ years supervisory experience in facilities, maintenance, or operations.
• Experience with building trades and coordination of large facilities teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities and staff; ensure safety and functionality.
• Lead union workforce and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Use MAXIMO to track work orders, report productivity, and adjust staffing.
• Represent facilities in planning meetings and coordinate with OCC and stakeholders.
