Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a science field.
• 1-3 years of research laboratory experience.
• Prior experience coordinating laboratory activities/operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure lab rooms are set up correctly and on time.
• Assist TAs with technical issues involving apparatus and equipment.
• Maintain laboratory and demonstration equipment; troubleshoot problems.
• Construct, modify, prototype, and test scientific apparatus and demonstrations.
• Provide lab-specific training for graduate and undergraduate teaching assistants.
• Support faculty use of lecture demonstration equipment and maintain the Robinson demonstration room.
• Maintain technical documentation for equipment, setup information, troubleshooting procedures, and parts.
• Review and ensure compliance with lab safety requirements.
