Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in facilities management, engineering or similar technical discipline.
• 3-5 years experience in facilities management or related field.
• Knowledge of MEP and instrumentation controls.
• Experience with Maximo Facilities Work Management system.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize and process work requests in Maximo.
• Interpret and triage requests for emergency and non-emergency work to assign proper work orders.
• Act as dispatch for trades and professional staff and coordinate access with contractors.
• Clarify service needs with customers via verbal and written communication.
• Ensure approvals for billable work and maintain proper data in systems.
