The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a Facilities Director to oversee the comprehensive management of the Resorts & Casino’s Facilities Department in Albuquerque, NM. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in building construction, engineering, architecture, and/or facilities management.
• Seven (7) years’ experience in managing and planning physical plant facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, operation and administration of the Facilities Department.
• Develop guidelines for renovation, modifications of existing facilities and represent the Casino during capital construction projects.
• Manage the annual Facilities Department budget and payroll in coordination with COO.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA, EPA, IHS, and NMED.
• Lead training programs and safety inspections.
• Maintain and inspect facilities, equipment and operations to meet safety standards.
