Job summary

StoneRidge is seeking a Plant Operations Coordinator in Mystic, CT to support facilities services, safety compliance and resident move-ins. The role handles intake of staff and resident work requests, coordinates vendors, and supports budget tracking with the facilities team.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional on-call responsibilities. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a growing senior living

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business or related field or 4 years equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities required.
• Proficient with various accounting processes and basic finance terms.

Responsibilities

• Input requests into WorxHub for staff and resident concerns.
• Coordinate and schedule access for subcontractors.
• Assist with purchasing, inventory, and accounts payable processes.
• Maintain department calendars and track time/materials for projects.
• Assist with resident move-ins per policy and procedure.
