Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Makes scheduled rounds inside and outside to maintain a secure environment.
• Responds to fire alarms and apartment emergency calls.
• Shovels and keeps clear exit door walkways during snowstorms.
• Performs light maintenance and attends trainings as assigned.
