H MART is seeking a Facility Management Coordinator in Johns Creek to oversee daily help desk operations and coordinate with vendors for facility needs. This role supports in-house technicians, schedules maintenance, and follows up on service requests across multiple store locations.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a BS/BA in a related field, and the ability to travel domestically. The position offers full-time hours with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Management or Accounting or related field.
• Good communication skills to negotiate with vendors and store managers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily help desk oversight, ensuring tickets are assigned, scheduled and completed.
• Monitor ticket progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors for facility management needs and process invoices.
