Job summary

H MART in Herndon, VA is seeking a Facility Management Coordinator to provide essential administrative support for store maintenance and operations. You will oversee daily help desk tickets, coordinate with vendors, process invoices, purchase parts, schedule maintenance, and assist in-house technicians across multiple stores.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and willingness to travel domestically. Bilingual Korean/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Management or Accounting, or related field.
• Must be able to safely operate company motor vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily help desk oversight to ensure tickets are promptly assigned, scheduled, and completed.
• Monitor ticket progress to ensure tasks are completed within expected time-frames.
• Purchase parts and equipment.
• Correspond with vendors for facility management needs.
• Process invoices and payments to vendors.
• Process draft reports for different projects.
• Visit regional stores to follow up on store requests.
• Support in-house technicians.
• Schedule and document maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs.
