Job summary

The Facility Management Coordinator at H Mart in Herndon, VA provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth facility operations across multiple store locations. You will oversee daily help desk activity, assign and track service requests, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, purchasing parts, supporting in-house technicians, scheduling maintenance, visiting stores, and ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Management or Accounting or related field.
• Strong communication with vendors and store managers.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Willingness to operate company vehicle.
• Bilingual Korean and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily help desk oversight to ensure help desk tickets are promptly assigned, work scheduled, and completed.
• Monitor ticket progress to ensure tasks are completed within expected time-frames.
• Purchase Parts and Equipment.
• Correspond and communicate with vendors for facility management needs.
• Process invoices and payments to vendors.
• Process draft reports for different projects.
• Visit regional stores periodically to check and follow up with store requests.
• Support In-house technicians
• Schedule and document maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs.
