Job summary

H Mart in Herndon is seeking a Facility Management Coordinator to provide essential administrative support for maintenance and facility operations across multiple stores. You will oversee daily help desk activities, coordinate with vendors, process invoices, and support in-house technicians.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, willingness to travel domestically, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; basic SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Management or Accounting is required or related field.
• Good communication skills to negotiate with vendors and communicate with store managers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate company vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge in SAP preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily help desk oversight to ensure tickets are assigned and completed.
• Monitor ticket progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Purchase parts and equipment; communicate with vendors for facility needs.
• Process invoices and payments to vendors; draft reports for projects.
• Visit regional stores to follow up on facility requests and support technicians.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs; schedule maintenance and repairs.
