Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a capable Facility Coordinator who will support daily operations for assigned childcare centers, serving as the primary contact for center directors, vendors and internal teams to help maintain safe, functional environments.

You will manage work orders in CMMS, coordinate maintenance and emergency dispatch, track invoices and approvals, and participate in meetings with Facility Managers to align on priorities and ongoing services.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in facilities coordination, building operations, or related field in a fast-paced environment.
• CMMS experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or Associate's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to incoming calls to the LC Help Desk during designated hours and dispatch resources as needed.
• Create and manage work orders to completion; follow-up with vendor and client.
• Enter, update, and maintain project data in the customer portal system.
• Communicate/escalate with FM, customer, vendors as needed.
• Resolve third party invoices with accounts payable.
