Pluckers Wing Bar - Corporate in Austin, TX is seeking a Facilities Specialist to join our growing Facilities Department. You will support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks that keep our restaurants running smoothly.

We will train you to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage competing requests. This is an entry point into facilities, operations and project coordination, with full-time onsite work.

Qualifications

• Entry-level path into facilities, operations and project coordination.
• Will train on prioritization, problem-solving, and handling competing requests.
• Experience with administrative coordination, scheduling, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests with operators, vendors and internal technicians.
• Track quotes, invoices, and approvals to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Communicate updates clearly to operators, vendors and internal technicians.
• Support special projects and day-to-day department needs.
• Assist with urgent issues when they arise.
