Job summary

Pluckers Wing Bar in Austin, TX is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks across the facilities portfolio. You’ll learn our processes, manage access credentials, and help keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

This entry point role offers training and requires strong organization, communication, and a proactive mindset. You’ll work in-office at our corporate office with occasional travel to Texas restaurants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate Degree or 2+ years of experience in administrative support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage login and password credentials for facilities programs (Office Depot, Alarm.com, PDK, Zoro, Amazon, Parts Town).
• Assist with audit/record keeping for keycard access platform.
• Assist with audit/record keeping for security monitoring platform.
• Record false alarm events and notify responsible party for chargeback.
• Submit provider changes to fire alarm and security monitoring companies.
• Document internal costs in all relevant work orders.
• Purchase furniture, fixtures, and miscellaneous parts for all locations.
• Purchase new equipment for all locations and oversee equipment change out.
• Complete Provider Profile (folder) on SharePoint for new service providers.
• Maintain accurate files for all service providers on SharePoint and Corrigo.
• Prepare quarterly vendor meeting packets.

About The Role

This is a great entry point into facilities, operations and project coordination. You’ll support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks that keep our restaurants running smoothly. We will train you and teach you how to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage competing requests. What You’ll Do

• Purchase furniture, fixtures, and miscellaneous parts for all locations
• Purchase new equipment for all locations and oversee equipment change out
• Complete Provider Profile (folder) on SharePoint for new service providers
• Maintain accurate files for all service providers on SharePoint and Corrigo
• Prepare quarterly vendor meeting packets

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma required, Associate Degree or 2+ years of experience in administrative support preferred
• Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
• Superior ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands and to-do’s simultaneously
• Impeccable self-motivation, attention to detail, time-management and organization skills
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with a sense of urgency
• Consistent, positive attitude and respect for high-quality standards
• Contribute to a culture of rapid turnaround and extremely high attentiveness
• Strong desire to learn and welcoming of constructive criticism
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Hours And Work Environment

• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• This is not a remote position. Must be able to work in-office daily in Austin, TX. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required.
• Position will be based in our corporate office in downtown Austin, with periodic travel to restaurant locations in Texas (overnight as needed).

Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 per year depending on experience.
