Job summary

Pluckers Wing Bar in Austin, TX is seeking a Facilities Specialist to join our growing Facilities Department. This role is an entry point into facilities, operations and project coordination, with training provided to help you prioritize, problem-solve, and manage competing requests.

You will support day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate maintenance, and learn how to keep our restaurants running smoothly while developing your career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests with operators, vendors, and internal technicians.
• Track quotes, invoices, and approvals to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate equipment records.
• Communicate updates clearly to operators, vendors and internal technicians.
• Support special projects and day-to-day department needs.
• Assist with urgent issues when they arise.
