Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in New York City to provide essential support to site and assistant facility managers across maintenance, vendor oversight, and occupancy services. You will maintain strong client relationships while ensuring service levels are met and operational excellence for our clients.

The role emphasizes coordination of site amenities, events, and safety, and requires proactive communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related fields preferred.
• Proficiency with a range of information technology tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and handle stressful situations.
• Self-motivated, confident, energetic and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to site and/or assistant facility managers across maintenance, operations, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships while ensuring service levels are met.
• Coordinate delivery of site amenities and act as site contact for facility matters.
• Support events, meetings and conference facilities; assist with reception and guest services.
• Maintain records, safety protocols and emergency plans; ensure KPI compliance.
