Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee operations, vendor management, and service coordination for commercial properties, ensuring safety, compliance, and an exceptional occupant experience.

You will manage preventive maintenance, work orders, space coordination, and reporting to property managers, while supporting budgets and vendor performance; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum: high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of facility management or 3 years in customer service/administrative roles.
• Strong understanding of building systems and safety compliance.
• Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office; eager to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor relationships, service contracts, and procurement.
• Oversee maintenance, life-safety, and building operations activities.
• Manage work orders, tenant service requests, and space moves.
• Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Maintain databases for addresses, contacts, and emergency information.
