Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager in operating and maintaining properties, including client services, procurement, and supplier management. The role emphasizes collaboration, KPI achievement, and SLA monitoring in a corporate real estate setting.

The position requires at least two years in a corporate or service provider environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Two years of industry experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting capacity.
• Excellent customer service, computer, managerial, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of maintenance and repair services with Facilities Manager.
• Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance.
• Assist in work order management and monthly SLA monitoring.
• Support budgeting and annual operating plans for facilities.
• Coordinate with vendors to maximize supplier performance and cost efficiency.
