Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the facility management team and ensure quality service delivery for client facilities.

You will handle daily facility operations, respond to inquiries, manage work orders with engineering staff, vendors and contractors, and provide status updates to clients. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, accounting or tenant services.
• Experience with data entry, reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Prior experience in facilities/property management or commercial real estate is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services and monitor office/facility operations.
• Address client inquiries ensuring timely and quality issue resolution.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with contractors for service and repairs of equipment.
• Create and manage work orders for engineering staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Report on open/closed work orders and track status with relevant parties.
• Assist in vendor performance monitoring and invoicing processes.
