Ironhorn Enterprises in Syracuse, NY is seeking a highly organized Facilities Coordinator to oversee maintenance and operations across our industrial properties. You will coordinate scheduling for utilities, lawn care, snow removal, and other services while ensuring seamless day-to-day facility operations.

The role requires strong multitasking, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.

Competenze

Experience in facilities coordination or construction coordination is preferred.
Experience with utility companies, starting services, etc. a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
Can handle emergency situations with efficiency and calmness.
Prioritization of work is critical in this role.

Mansioni

Manage utility and service contract transitions related to acquisitions, sales, and tenant move-ins/outs.
Schedule warranty and sprinkler inspections.
Coordinate winterizations, snow removal, and lawn service start/stop schedules.
Notify tenants of seasonal responsibilities for plowing and mowing.
Schedule utility turn-ons and shut offs in coordination with tenants and providers.
