Job summary

INFICON is seeking a facilities leader to drive maintenance operations, ensure OSHA General Industry and ISO 14001 EMS compliance, and support production/R&D activities. You will own the PM program, manage vendors, and coordinate cross-functional teams to sustain safe, efficient site operations in Syracuse, NY.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, blueprint literacy, and leadership to advance preventive measures while guiding continuous improvement initiatives within

Qualifications

• Experience with OSHA General Industry compliance and ISO 14001 EMS programs.
• Reading and interpreting building blueprints and mechanical schematics.
• Ability to develop and manage RFPs and contracted engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise to a maintenance team and oversee daily operations.
• Coordinate facility maintenance across safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related projects.
• Lead PM program implementation and develop predictive maintenance capabilities.
• Manage outside vendors for capital and maintenance projects.
• Maintain site OSHA General Industry compliance and environmental programs.
