Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years progressive experience as a Facility Coordinator or related facilities role.
• Strong proficiency in IT tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work well in a team while managing own areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage defined operational areas, including work order systems and event coordination.
• Proactively schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, and minor works from start to finish.
• Lead the coordination of complex events and meeting facilities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to the Facility Manager.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain facility standards and ensure compliance with client contracts.
• Coordinate with diverse vendors and ensure accountability of deliverables.
• Assist in vendor procurement and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with client contract requirements and act on feedback.
• Troubleshoot operational issues using knowledge of MEP, fire protection, and life safety systems.
• Apply local EHS requirements and contract management principles to daily operations.
