Cintas Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in North Las Vegas to lead all maintenance activities across facilities. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, manage work schedules, and drive preventive maintenance programs to keep equipment reliable and safe.

This role requires strong leadership and hands-on technical expertise. The position involves budgeting, vendor management, training staff, and ensuring on-call readiness for emergencies.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Experience with wiring, electrical, electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery.

Aufgaben

• Lead all maintenance activities at Cintas facilities, improving functionality and reliability of production and facility equipment.
• Manage and schedule facility and equipment work assignments; perform and schedule preventative maintenance.
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures; manage budgets for buildings, equipment, capital expenditures, parts and labor.
