Job summary

Cintas seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in North Las Vegas to lead maintenance across facilities, improving equipment reliability and safety compliance. You will plan, schedule, and oversee all preventive maintenance, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors.

The role requires extensive hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and piping systems, plus leadership experience and CMMS proficiency. On-call availability and the ability to stand long hours are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial setting or military.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with electrical, wiring, plumbing systems and machinery.
• Maintenance planning, scheduling, budgeting, vendor management and use of maintenance management systems.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English and read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities at Cintas facilities to improve functionality and reliability of production and facility equipment.
• Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures; manage budgets for building, equipment, capex, parts and labor.
• Prepare maintenance reports; identify suppliers, negotiate with vendors and service companies.
• Conduct training for maintenance staff; supervise and mentor the team; maintain staffing levels.
• Respond to emergency alarms and coordinate maintenance response.
