Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily maintenance across owned and leased properties.

You will supervise staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure facilities are safe, compliant, and well-maintained, supporting program operations. The role requires knowledge of building systems, life-safety codes, and regulatory standards, with strong budgeting and vendor management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience, or a high school diploma with six years of related experience.
• Experience managing multiple properties, maintenance personnel, and budgets is a plus.
• Knowledge of building systems, preventative maintenance, and life-safety codes required.
• Knowledge of HUD NSPIRE, Section 504, and ADA standards a plus.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
