Job summary

Leo is seeking an Associate Manager to support urgent repair and maintenance needs during afterhours, coordinate work order dispatching and vendor sourcing, and assist Facilities Manager I/II with documentation and client communications. The role requires strong organization, adaptability, and collaboration across internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree with three years’ experience in Project Management or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office and work management systems.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify client work orders per service level agreements.
• Provide timely price quotes to Program Manager; follow up with client.
• Maintain vendor relations and dispatch vendors for timely resolution.
• Record-keeping for work orders, invoices, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with clients nationally and coordinate project phases.
