Responsibilities

• Manage client work order verification per client SLAs.
• Provide timely quotes to Program Manager and follow up with clients.
• Establish and maintain vendor relations.
• Match and assign appropriate vendors for work orders.
• Ensure timely dispatch of vendors.
• Maintain records of work orders, invoices, and correspondence.
• Communicate status to Program Manager and client across phases.
• Analyze and resolve client issues as needed.
