Paradigm Integrated Facility Services is seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Manager to oversee building operations and ensure safety and efficiency. You will optimize space and equipment use while controlling costs, supervise MEP systems, and manage vendors and staff to deliver reliable service. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and adherence to safety standards to maintain problem-free facilities for employees and residents.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in facility management
• Experience in safety, health and environment standards
• Skilled in SOP creation and policy writing
• Strong organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
• Review utility consumption and strive to minimise costs.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery.
• Control activities such as parking allocation, waste disposal, and building security.
• Manage insurance plans and service contracts.
• Maintain financial and non-financial records accurately.
• Perform data analysis and forecasting to support management decisions.
• Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA).
• Address resident complaints promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and share daily reports with clients and management.
• Manage attendance records for site personnel.
• Oversee operations of STP, WTP, swimming pool, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Supervise housekeeping, landscaping, and MEP teams for smooth operations.
