Job summary

Par Health is seeking a Maintenance Manager - Facilities to ensure safe, reliable operations of HVAC, buildings, labs, warehouses, and utilities. You will lead the HVAC department, manage a facilities team, and coordinate vendor activities to keep systems compliant and efficient.

The role requires 7+ years in facilities management with 3+ years in HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing, a BS degree, and preferred HVAC certification. Strong project management, budgeting, and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, facilities management, or related field.
• HVAC certification highly desirable.
• 7+ years in facilities management; 3+ years in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• LEAN Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• Experience with capital equipment upgrades and knowledge of FDA, cGMP, EPA, OSHA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Lead facilities staff: hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Manage facility construction projects from planning to completion with scope, timelines, and budget.
• Monitor projects to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships for quality services and cost control.
• Develop and evaluate Key Process Indicators and conduct regular inspections.
• Ensure compliance with plant, safety, and environmental standards.
