Responsibilities include reconfiguring office furniture, setting up events, inspecting safety concerns, and maintaining secure workspaces. This is an on-site, non-remote role with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least one year of facilities support, moving or installing office furniture and equipment, or related work.
• Experience safely using hand tools, power tools, or material-handling equipment.
• A valid driver's license.
• Willing to work onsite at DCF Headquarters in Tallahassee, FL.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day facilities operational support.
• Complete work orders and facility support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate and oversee work performed by contracted moving companies.
• Inspect property and grounds for unsafe conditions, report safety concerns and security issues.
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, equipment for events as requested by management.
• Reconfigure, install, position, and remount office furniture and equipment to meet user needs.
