Baker Tilly is seeking a Core Manager for Facilities Management in Woodland Hills, CA. The role focuses on maintaining records, contracts, and vendor relationships to support safe, efficient building operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, handling administrative tasks, onboarding new hires, and coaching staff to meet firm objectives. This full-time, on-site position requires strong organizational and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related work experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Detail oriented with ability to follow directions and prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and client-focused skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with administrative concepts in an accounting/consulting environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain records and contracts, including vendor relations.
• Build and maintain relationships with building management and vendors.
• Monitor maintenance requests and ensure building safety with notices and drills.
• Perform general administrative duties: invoicing, expense approvals, procurement, and vendor services coordination.
• Coordinate events and office supplies; assist with budgeting and vendor communication.
• Support Managing Partner with projects and initiatives; facilitate staff orientations and training.
• Ensure new associates are trained, oriented, and staffed appropriately; track performance and provide feedback.
• Provide back-up support and cross-training; manage staffing levels.
