Qualifications

• 2+ years in property management, leasing, or residential housing operations.
• Knowledge of tenant relations, lease administration, and property maintenance coordination.
• Experience with property management software such as AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for assigned properties and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors for timely repairs.
• Support leasing activities, including property tours, tenant onboarding, renewals, and move-outs.
• Review tenant concerns and resolve issues professionally while maintaining positive resident relationships.
• Maintain property records, occupancy reports, and documentation within the PM system.
