Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for all Agency facilities.
• Plan, assign, and schedule work for the maintenance workforce.
• Administer preventive and corrective maintenance and the work order program.
• Manage maintenance materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Perform skilled and semi-skilled trades work as required and ensure safety, trade standards, and compliance.
