Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer in Amherst, MA to oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. You will review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage inventories to ensure readiness and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification required; valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee urgent repairs.
• Review inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing for proper operation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles for daily tasks.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to solve complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities.
