Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, life safety, and control systems to keep facilities up to standards.
Review work orders and estimate time/materials; manage inventory.
Implement preventive maintenance programs and handle emergency repairs.
Monitor inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing for code compliance.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
Share knowledge and coach others within the function.
Lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values.
Collaborate across teams to achieve service goals.
Explain complex information clearly to stakeholders.
