Responsibilities

• Assist with operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, life-safety systems and related equipment.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance per standards and document actions.
• Respond to tenant and property management service requests and record actions in the system.
• Conduct periodic inspections of mechanical and related spaces and keep areas clean, safe, and orderly.
• Support toolbox meetings and help train and mentor colleagues.
