Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of supervisory experience in a service-oriented industry.
• 6+ years in stationary engineering, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify staff performance issues and conduct corrective action meetings.
• Train and coach staff on job responsibilities and performance.
• Operate, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Adjust HVAC controls to meet tenant comfort and lease requirements.
• Ensure safety programs and company standards are followed.
