Qualifications

- Trade School/apprenticeship preferred.
- Certification in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
- 3–5 years in a commercial HVAC/electrical/plumbing setting; boiler/hot water heaters/generators maintenance; welding/brazing experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
- Make repairs and alterations to facilities.
- Remove snow as needed.
- Receive, store, and move furniture, materials, and supplies.
- Repair, install, and maintain other equipment; perform duties as assigned.
