Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with four years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or related trades is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and correct building and equipment problems using carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC skills.
• Repair, modify, construct, and maintain building structures and equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Inspect facilities equipment and systems to determine maintenance needs and schedule changes.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with supervisors for repairs and upgrades.
