Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to work after hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs promptly.
• Keep daily logs and records of maintenance functions.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and assist the Director as needed.
