Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on plumbing and electrical systems.
• Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns.
• Install new equipment and perform routine plant procedures.
• Paint interior and exterior walls and trim.
• Complete other duties and special projects as required.
