Job summary

• Manage maintenance and repair activity across a multi-site portfolio (retail stores and offices).
• Prioritize work orders based on urgency and business needs.
• Oversee regional and local service vendors and monitor SLA performance and costs.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, fire/life safety, building codes and insurance requirements.
