Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services in the United States seeks a Site Manager to plan, direct and execute facility maintenance activities, ensuring client expectations and EMCOR goals are met. You will drive reliability and safety improvements, oversee CMMS usage, and support corporate projects with a hands-on, safety‑conscious leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of facilities management experience.
• OSHA 10/30 hour card required; BOMA/IFMA/LEED a plus.
• Proficient with MS Project, CMMS, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manages facility maintenance activities to meet client and EMCOR goals.
• Supervises subcontractors and EMCOR staff for quality work.
• Builds client relationships and recommends productivity improvements.
• Assists with proposals, SOWs, and project execution with corporate team.
• Participates in subcontractor performance reviews and safety efforts.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and environmental health standards.
