Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Facility Manager to plan, direct and execute all site maintenance within the CMMS, ensuring safety and performance meet client expectations and EMCOR goals.

You will lead maintenance teams and subcontractors, manage projects, analyze root causes, report on KPI results, and present site performance to customers; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in facilities management and team leadership.
• OSHA 10/30 hour card is required; FMP/CFM/SFP/RCA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate work through CMMS; meet SLA/KPI targets and supervise teams safely.
• Build client relationships, understand priorities and recommend improvements to productivity and cost.
• Lead safety training, mentor staff, and ensure quality standards and documentation.
• Manage on-site projects and coordinate with corporate teams; oversee punch lists and audits.
• Track site metrics and present performance to internal and customer audiences.
