Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a regional facilities manager to oversee all properties within the designated region and work with maintenance staff to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to standards. The role includes audits, repairs, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and service partners.

Leadership, budgeting, KPI oversight, and rapid emergency response are central to the role, with a focus on reliability and safety across facilities and processes.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5-8 years in Facility Management or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Proficient in Excel and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functionally lead and partner with EMCOR Field Organization to meet account objectives.
• Perform one facility audit for every active site within area of responsibility.
• Manage relationships with LC Regional Facility Managers and project teams.
• Manage budget for the region to within 1% under/over.
• Monitor KPIs across all areas and develop action plans to meet standards.
• Respond to and manage Emergency Work Orders during non-business hours.
