Job summary

You will supervise staff, coordinate with technicians and vendors, and drive efficiency through capital projects and process improvements. A degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Schedule and manage daily activities, set schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians and vendors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Conduct facility inspections and identify improvements.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing for projects.
• Deliver training on maintenance, repairs, and safety practices.
