Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of experience and education accepted.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, performance management and retention.
• Leadership and organizational skills with strong problem solving.
• Advanced math skills for financial figures and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Schedule and manage the team’s daily activities and deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians and vendors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing; review price quotes.
• Conduct training on maintenance, repairs, and safety practices.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
